Registration and Cancellation Policy

The 2022/2023 year runs from the week of September 12 ending the week of June 22, 2023. There will be no classes on statutory holidays and follows the public school calendar for Christmas, Easter, Spring and Fall breaks and PSD PD Days.

Registration Policy:

• Registration fee of  $95 is due at the time of booking to finalize and secure your child's spot, this will be used to pay for the June monthly fee.
• Monthly payments will be made through automatic withdraw. You can choose from Visa, Mastercard or bank account.
• Your first monthly payment will come out on September 1st. All monthly fees are due and scheduled to be processed on the first of each month.

 Non Payment Policy:

• Any fee outstanding for more than 7 days past it’s due date will result in a $40 late fee 
• Any declined credit cards not resolved by the payor in 7 days will result in a $40 fee 
• Should fees remain outstanding for greater than 7 days past the due date the attendee will not be allowed to participate until the outstanding balance is paid in full

Cancellation Policy:

• For students withdrawing mid way through the program from Deep Blue Athletics Play and Learn must provide one month’s written notice which must be sent to our Play and Learn Instructor This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., registration fee/June fee is forfeited. Absences from the program DOES NOT constitute withdrawal.
• No refunds will be processed after the first class.
